At TX Gym Rats Basketball Academy, we foster the growth of young athletes, both on and off the court. Our programs offer elite training, competitive team play, and a supportive community where players can thrive.

Current Programs

Lil TX Gym Rats (Pre-K - 2nd Grade boys and girls)

An entry level program designed to develop the youngest of athletes. Our creative format maximizes the opportunities for them to excel and grow at a rapid rate. 30 minute skill development with professional coaches, followed by four 6 minute quarters of 3 on 3 live play. 3 on 3 is more conducive for this age of development as it creates more space and more touches for all athletes. Goals follow the USA Basketball guidelines for these ages at 8 feet.

Grassroots Select Division (3rd - 8th Grade boys and girls)

Our grassroots program is the core of the TX Gym Rats Basketball Academy. Our coaches are professionals that have proven to develop athletes beyond their potential. We are able to tailor the training to each athlete’s specific needs in order to foster the maximum amount of growth possible. Our staff will always cater to athletes at their current level by providing both competitive and recreational divisions.

High School Select Division (9th - 12th grade boys and girls)
